Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our web site.

This is a business to business oriented web page and is not intended for serving any of: the general public, retail consumers, or children.  However, the site will not pose a risk to anyone casually browsing it's contents, including the occasional student collecting information for a school paper on the nutritional supplements industry. (It can happen.)

The information collected will assure us, and our regulatory auditors, that we have the identity and level of authority of our customer's representative(s).   This will at least include: name of authorized individual to engage in a business contract, company name and full location(s) relevant to business, telephone number(s), facsimilie numbers, and bank/financial account details and business references.

Also, consider that we operate in an industry that is under increasing regulatory control, and that demands exhaustive documentation.  Doing business with us may require increasing documentation of customer or vendor identity as regulations evolve.

While such information is presently not collected directly online, this capability may be added at any time.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself to make business decisions and assure that we are engaging in a safe and profitable exchange for both us and you or your employer, and ultimately insure a safe and regulatory-compliant process that yields the product you require.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses may be subject to future emails such as (but not limited to): new business queries, notices of staffing/contact changes, new capabilities that may be of interest, or relevant regulatory information.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share web site effectiveness stats with our sales and executive staff. For example, we collect a complete set of statistics on our web page that identifies the linked search engine (if any) that may have brought a browser to our site, with the domain-name and geographic generality of all visits to our web page; approximate browsing time and content viewed are also logged.  Cookies are employed though no personally identifiable information is stored.

We do not and can not identify individuals or collect personal information with the statistics measuring technology.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by writing us via postal mail or by facsimilie. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
